When do I need to pay off my cruise
Do I need to put a deposit down to make a reservation
Most often the answer is Yes. Most cruise lines require a per person deposit to hold the cabin. Cruise lines often run promotions to reduce the deposit and sometime have a promotion to hold a cabin reservation with only one deposit.
Is my deposit refundable
Most cruise lines offer a full refund until 90 days before sailing. You can check with you TravelOut cruise planner for additional details
Do I need to book by airfare through the cruise line
No you do not. If you wish you can make your own airfare arrangements.
TravelOut recommends that you book through the cruise line however.
By booking with the cruise line you are covered in case the ship’s return to port is delayed and for a variety of other reasons. Typically the airfare quoted with the cruise line is very competitive compared to what you could book with the same airline.
